All instructor/facilitator materials are posted in the DC folder under Instructors (access requires CVM permission, so make sure you can get in).
You can peruse the folders by going to \\Vetmed.wsu.edu\cvmdata\Shared\DiagnosticChallenge On campus access only to shared folders.

Pre-DC
Facilitator To DO Checklists - Please plan ahead and try to make sure your client feels prepared.

Agenda/Script for First Meeting (Generic example)
Appointment forms (to be posted on facilitator and client door)
Rubric - for providing feedback on SOAP's and MPL (The "Academic SOAP")
Template - VTH Daily Notes (electronic Word doc for students' daily SOAPs)

Day 2-3, including De-Briefing
Forms - to insert into medical record daily (print on brightly colored paper)

- Students hand these in after DC Grand rounds.
- Remember to hand these out (1 per student) at the Debriefing session
- Will be ready/posted Tuesday PM or Wednesday AM of DC week.

CLIENT INFORMATION
The facilitator provides case-specific information - emailed to client & hard copies inserted into Client Handbook.
Day 1 script - complaint, history, specific instructions, answers to questions
Remember that clients should receive information for Day 1 ONLY, so that they don't know what's coming and don't know the Dx.
Additional information is provided during each submission period & the facilitator should be working closely with his/her client.Clinic scenario - copy of what students received in their folders
